This milk bottle is designed like the Byrne Dairy 1-pint bottles. (Byrne Dairy is located in the Syracuse, NY area.) I worked up this pattern to accompany the chocolate chips cookies. Milk and cookies go together.

You will need:

  1. worsted weight yarns for bottle and cap
  2. fingering weight yarn to embroider the words on the bottle.
  3. optional: a 1-pint plastic milk bottle with the end cut off. This will give the bottle a good shape.
  4. tapestry needle with sharp point (for embroidery)
  5. yarn needle with blunt point (for weaving in ends)
