This adorable little milk can replica would look stunning on your shelf or table. Leave it plain, add an applique to the front or fill with some artificial flowers to round out your look. This is for decorative purposes only. Do not use live flowers or water.

Some of the items you will need for this pattern include one skein of a size 4 medium weight yarn, an I/9 (5.25 mm) crochet hook, 4 straight pins, a tapestry needle, a stitch marker and a 53 ¼ oz (1.51 kg) tin can. I used a Campbell’s Pork ‘n Beans can that I purchased at Wal-Mart, but you can use any can you can find that is the same size or very close.

The only stitch you need to know is the single crochet. It’s not technically difficult, but because you will need to increase and decrease frequently, this has been classified as an intermediate level pattern.

The finished can measures 14 ¼” Circumference x 9 ¼” Height.

This pattern is written in standard American crochet terms.
