This pattern is primarily knitted. However, it includes a small amount of crochet used to add a scalloped edge of the hat and scarf. The hat and scarf are knitted flat. Because this hat has ties, it is adjustable and will fit any size from little girls to adult. The scarf is triangular and one size fits most.
