This pattern creates a semi three-dimensional granny or afghan square featuring a flower.

The square pictured in the pattern was made with a 4 mm hook and Stylecraft double knitting yarn in five colours. It has not been blocked and measures approximately 3 1/2 inches wide, horizontally not diagonally.

Gauge is unimportant so you can use a yarn and hook size of your own choice to make as many squares as you need for your project.

You will need a needle to sew in your ends.
