This semicircular shawl is knit from neck down to the bottom hem. It is shaped by yarn-over increases in concentric circles. Inspired by author Tracy Chevalier’s book, The Lady and the Unicorn, this shawl
features several floral lace patterns, starting with smaller delicate motifs near the neck to larger floral designs at the hem.

If choosing to substitute yarn, pick a light fingering-weight to heavy laceweight with a nice drape. Note that yarn substitution may cause you to require more yarn than the sample, so plan accordingly.

All of the lace motifs are presented in chart (not written) form.

This pattern is also available as part of the year-long Wooly Wonka Fibers Heroines Shawl club, which is available as an eBook here on Ravelry as well.
