Millefolia
Millefolia is a comfortable, cozy pullover, perfect for showing off friendly Peerie bands, like alpine wildflowers with a thousand little leaves. Lightweight and buttery soft, Millefolia is the perfect template for playing with the beautiful colours of Lascaux Fine.
Millefolia is worked in the round from the top down, with short row shaping for back and neck and using the contiguous set-in sleeve method developed by Susie Myers.*

Further Notes
Gauge:
Many knitters find their gauge is tighter with stranded knitting or working smaller circumferences. Be sure you’ve checked your gauge swatch, and you may consider going up a needle size for the Peerie bands, or as the brilliant Andrea Mowry suggests, for working up sleeves as well.
Construction:
This pullover is constructed from the top down, and therefore the weight of the pullover rests on the neckline. It is recommended to choose a firmer cast-on, or go down a needle size to ensure the ribbing does not grow. If you are substituting yarn, make sure you choose one that will hold its shape.
Special Technique section describes German short rows, yarn dominance, increasing in chart, and working Peerie bands over an imperfect number of stitches. As always, knitters may choose to substitute alternate methods.
