Vintage-inspired Knit bonnet pattern. This little unit has a story to tell: A few years back, before I started knitting, I discovered ONE. ADORABLE. BONNET, an old one, in an antique store. I was awestruck by it’s simplicity and wondered at its craftsmanship. Just recently, the lightbulb turned on in my head. All at once, I knew exactly how it was made and immediately got started working on a replica pattern of my vintage find.

This pattern uses very basic knit stitches but also requires a tiny bit of crochet too. The crochet part is very simple, don’t let this part turn you away! I tried my darnest (get it?) to get away without it to simplify the pattern but there was just no possible way.

Requires KNIT AND (some) CROCHET!
