Charleston is dance from 30’s, named for the harbor city of Charleston, South Carolina. This dress looks like as fringed dresses from that time.

Pattern is for experienced crocheters. Used stitches are very easy, but construction of the dress is little bit harder. But, if you are ready to be brave, you can do it!!!
