Any Neville Longbottom fans out there? The moment I saw this cable stitch (the bulbus cable stitch), I immediately thought of the mimbulus mimbletonia. It creates these cute little stacked cables that look “bulby!” Don’t worry though, it won’t squirt Stinksap!

Worsted weight yarn (category 4)
• Lion Brand Touch of Alpaca
• US 7/ 4.5mm 16” circular needles for brim
• US 8/ 5.0mm 16” circular needles or corresponding dpns for body and crown decrease
• Stitch marker
• TWO cable needles
• Gauge: ​18 stitches and 22 rows = 4 x 4 inches
• Finished size: approximately 8” wide x 9” tall
