We live in a busy world. It is good to take the time to relax and de-stress from the day’s worries. Knitting is a great hobby to help calm our body and mind down. This Mindful Seamless Knit Afghan has been designed to use our knitting to focus on relaxation.

This was the 7th Mystery Knit Afghan. It is divided into 8 sections all on one file. Each section is unique and so fun to knit! If you haven’t knit one of these afghans, you will fall in love with them! Afghans are huge knits, but I promise you that you won’t get bored knitting the same stitch over and over. PLUS, this afghan is completely seamless! You don’t have to seam any of the rectangles together at the end.

The themes for each section are the following:

Section 4: Peace
Section 5: Acceptance
Section 6: In the moment
Section 7: Focus
Section 8: Dream
Section 9: Gratitude

Standard: 48” (122 cm) x 60” (153 cm)
Bonus: 60” (153 cm) x 72” (183 cm)
Lap: 36” (91 cm) x 48” (122 cm)
