This pattern is an original crafty creation by Stay@Home Stitchings.

This fun knit pattern includes instructions for 8 sizes ranging from newborn to 4T. It is not gender specific, so stitch one up for each child in your family, from the smallest to the biggest. :0) Customize and make it your own by mix and matching these pattern instructions with colors and striping and teeth placement. One pattern can create many unique finished projects.

This pattern is for the intermediate knitter who can follow more detailed shaping instructions to include working short rows and increases and decreases throughout. It is also great for a confident beginner who wants to tackle their first clothing item. This pattern is worked on double point and 16” circular needle sizes:
US 1 (2.25 mm) and (2.50 mm)
US 2 (2.75 mm) and (3.00 mm)
US 3 (3.25 mm)
US 4 (3.5 mm)
Depending on the size you are making

This pattern requires:
1 skein of a main color (MC)
1 skein contrast color yarn (A)
1 skein of a second contrast color yarn (B)

(I primarily use a thicker DK weight or size 3 yarn or a lighter worsted weight yarn (like Caron Simply Soft) to stitch these up. Any thicker worsted weight will stitch up to a larger size and any thinner DK or size 3 yarn will come out considerably smaller.)

A small amount of black worsted weight yarn

Included pant sizes are:
Baby: Newborn
Baby: 0-3 months
Baby: 3-6 months
Baby: 6-12 Months
Toddler: 12-18 months
Toddler: 18-24 months
Child: 2-3 T
Child: 3-4 T
