This mini Bat ornament is a great stash buster to make during a fall evening. I used US6 needles and worsted weight yarn to create the body and wings, but he can easily be made larger or smaller by adjusting these.

The body is made in the round and stuffed with polyfil. I embroidered some eyes on but buttons or safety eyes could be used. And then the wings are knitted flat and shaped using Inc, Dec and a picot bind off.
