Mini Cacti Pair 2
This pattern is 6 pages long and contains loads of photos to help you every step of the way. It is written using American crochet terms. This pattern is part of a series so if you would like to make the whole set, please check out my other 2 patterns for pairs of mini cacti.
The pattern contains the details of the materials that I used, but it can be made using materials of your choice! Simply make your cacti using your choice of materials first, then when you know what size they turn out to be, you can source suitable pots!
I used the following list of materials, but this is just a guide as you can use any yarn that you like!:
For the plants, I used DMC Natura ‘Just Cotton’ (4ply / fingering weight) in 2 different shades of green. I used a 2.5mm hook for these sections.
For the soil, I used Bernat Satin (worsted weight) yarn in brown with a 4mm hook.
A small amount of toy stuffing.
2 plant pots - I used terracotta pots that measure 3.5cm wide by 3.6cm tall. I sourced these on ebay from ‘terracotta world’.
Some superglue or a hot glue gun.
Other tools you will need are a tapestry needle, some scissors and a stitch marker.
You are welcome to sell the items that you make using this pattern, but please do not sell / share the pattern itself. Thank you.
