It’s back-to-school time and many students are packing their backpacks for classes and activities. Here is a fun little backpack-style bag that can be attached to your big backpack and filled with the essentials – money, credit cards, lip balm, hand sanitizer and/or keys.

This entire project uses mainly one stitch – single crochet!

Plus, there are 3 versions of this mini-backpack using Size 3 thread (blue), Size 3 yarn (pink) and Size 4 yarn (green). They all come out the same size but the thicker the yarn, the quicker the project :)

Finished project – 3 1/2″ tall x 3″ wide
