Mini Cthulhu stands about two inches tall when made in worsted weight yarn, and uses two 8mm eyes. The tentacles are crocheted as you are crocheting the head, not sewed on, and curl on their own.

Mini Cthulhu is a quick,easy pattern (the largest round only has 24 stitches!) and can be made in any normal worsted weight yarn. It will also work in thicker or thinner yarns as long as you use a hook that creates a fabric tight enough that stuffing doesn’t escape. I didn’t calculate the yardage, but it doesn’t use much yarn.
