Not only does his tail look adorable, but it also helps him to stand up straight. Play around with the colours and make a dino that suits your personality.

This crochet amigurumi pattern is written for beginners and neurodiverse crafters. The abbreviated instructions are followed by a breakdown in italics making it easier to understand what you need to do in each round. One of the best things about this pattern is that it only uses a small amount of yarn, so get out your scraps. Just remember that the hook size will depend on your yarn thickness and tension. Using DK yarn and a 3mm hook, our Mini Dinosaur is approximately 6cm tall.
