Those cute mini chocolatey treats aren’t just for Easter! A super squishy reversible cowl with mini egg polka dots on one side and stripes on the other, it is super cosy and guaranteed to keep out the chill of a brisk spring breeze! I’ve designed this quick knit to use my own hand dyed Mini Eggs micro set of DK yarn, but you could use any combination of colours, and this would be a great stashbuster using just 10g of each mini colour and 60g of the main background colour. The mini eggs are knitted in stranded colourwork, and the reverse side features solid stripes. Each side starts with a provisional cast on and having made both sides they are joined together with a 3-needle cast off.

YOU WILL NEED
Mini Eggs hand dyed micro yarn set OR 5 x 10g of contrasting colours
60g of DK yarn for your main/background colour
Waste yarn and crochet hook for provisional cast on
4mm/60cm circular needles x2 (or longer circulars for working in magic loop, whichever is your preferred method)
A single 4mm needle for working the 3-needle cast off
Tapestry needle for sewing in ends
