I created this pattern with the purpose of making these frogs to raffle off for Save the Frogs Day 2012 (Saturday, April 28) with proceeds to benefit the Panama Amphibian Rescue and Conservation project. This is a simple project recommended for intermediate knitters and designed to be knit in the round. Vary the colors and patterns to create all different kinds of cute frogs! Also, I would encourage those who use this pattern to participate in Save the Frogs Day by donating to amphibian conservation efforts.
