Very easy and quick pattern.

This pattern is for Easy skill level. On completion the Heart Succulent plant will measure 6cm (2.36 inches) tall.

Recommendations before starting:
• Counting each stitch per row.
• This pattern has continuous rows so do not chain at the end of
round unless told to do so.
• Make sure you use the row marker

Materials
• 2.5 mm hook
• Stitch marker
• Hobby Fill (stuffing)
• Scissors
• Red colour yarn for pot (can be any colour)
• Brown (small amount for soil in pot)
• Green yarn for the succulent (I used multi green colour)
• Sewing needle.
• 3cm (1.1 inches) wire (optional) tape the ends.
• 3cm (1.1 inches) circle cardboard for pot base.
