I noticed there was no free worsted weight pattern on Ravelry for a Hogwarts Bookscarf. I have used this pattern to create a bookscarf and a scarf for a stuffed animal, although it can be adjusted to fit other needle sizes/yarn weights and lengths.

Pattern as suggested should be used with worsted or Aran weight yarn and size US7 needles. Measurements are included for altering pattern for other yarn weights and needle sizes. As written, this is a thick bookscarf for larger books.
