Mini Holi-Log
Introducing the sweetest new friend in Mochimochi Land! The Mini Holi-log wants to hang on your tree, hang out in your holiday display, or just be a delightful gift on her own. Yule be very merry making her, with her sugary swirls, randomized bark texture, and teeny embellishments.
Techniques include knitting in the round on double-pointed needles, I-cord, mattress stitch, and French knots. (These last two are shown in video tutorials linked in the pattern.)
You’ll need fingering-weight yarn in two main colors (24 yards of the main color and 8 yards of the contrasting color are needed), plus small amounts of green, red, and black.
NOTE: The finished project is very small and is not suitable for small children.
