Skill Level: Easy (not beginner)-Intermediate for tiny spaces, sculpting, no-sew methods, optional color changes. You can choose your skill level by which construction method you choose and how many accessories/color changes you add.
Accessibility: The detailed and notes section in the ACESSIBLE file has FULLY written out instructions (you do not need to know crochet shorthand)
Your purchase includes:
- A Mini Equine Accessible pattern with shorthand and detailed sections (fully written-out)
- A Mini Equine Shorthand pattern with only shorthand
- A Mini Equine text-only pattern (for easy printing, only shorthand, no photos)
Both detailed pattern versions include:
- explicit instructions with extra details
- over 200 images
- detailed, pattern-specific video links for help right when you need it (sculpting, adding limbs, making ears, adding ears, etc.)
- other helpful video links (magic circle, invisible decrease, invisible finish, hiding ends, closing amigurumi, etc.)
- document navigation (imbedded links to photos and back to instruction)
- photos at the end so only the written instructions print with limited photos (page numbers noted in the patterns - please save paper and ink!)
About the pattern:
- Choose Construction Technique: Customize the construction according to your liking and skill level! After the body is assembled, add the mane and tail using surface crochet techniques (video included).
Mostly No-Sew - incorporate the limbs and/or ears as the body and head are made. The only required sewing is the head-to-body and accessories. My no-sew method mimics the look of sewn-on limbs and is different than standard no-sew methods. There are ample photos and video tutorials for adding pieces included in the pattern.
Sewn - make all pieces independently and sew them together.
-
