5mm hook
Bulky weight (#5) yarn – Premier Retro Velvet – 2 colors – 10 yards cone color & 15 yards ice cream color
10g of Polyfill
Sewing needle
Scissors
(2) 12mm safety eyes (optional)
Stitch marker

Abbreviations & Terms - US Terminology:
Ch - chain
Sc - single crochet
Sl St - slip stitch
St – stitch
Inc – increase
Dec – decrease
BPSC – back post single crochet
FPSC – front post single crochet
FLO - front loop only
* to * - repeat the instructions between the * as many times as told
R - round
( ) – stitch count
FO - finish off

Notes:
• Finished size - 2.5” wide by 4.75” tall
• Ch 2 start can be replaced by magic ring, if preferred.
• Work in continuous rounds. Do not join.
