This is a detailed pattern description of how to create a tiny lady bug just like the one in the pictures. There are 14 step - by step photos that show you how to create a tiny lady bug of your own.

Skill level: Advanced beginner

Size: 0.2 Inch (0.5 mm) tall, 0.4 Inch (10 mm) long.
May vary depends on the type of yarn and hook you use, as well as how loose your stitches are.

Materials to create this lady bug:

• Crochet hook size 0.6 mm steel

• 1 ply embroidery floss in red and black (or in 2 different colors of your choice)

• Embroidery thread in black and white.

• Embroidery needle – size 10

• Scissors

• Stuffing

Here are the types of stitch you need to know to create this lady bug

Ch = chain

St = stitch

Sc = single crochet

Inc = increase (2 sc in one st)

Sl st = slip stitch

(…) repeat the instructions in the brackets the given number of times.

… = total number of stitches.
