A lovely little monster, precious as a gift, or to decorate your house. The two colour stranded project is perfect for beginners in the colourwork/fairisle field of knitting, as the monster is small and quick to knit up. Although knit up in DK, you can use any weight yarn with smaller or larger needles. It is also a great stash buster, as you can use up all your small weights and lengths of leftover yarns!

MATERIALS

Approx 20 grams of each of the colours. Two colours were used for this monster.

Colour A black
Colour B white

2 buttons that contrast the colours you are using or googly eyes
A darning needle that will thread through the buttons with yarn.
Contrast thread for the eyes.
Polyester toy stuffing
Size 3.00 mm needles.
