Mrs Karen Moon from England has designed a gorgeous thick sweater for grown-ups using yarn from her yarn brand: www.mrsmoon.co.uk

When I saw the photos, I thought that it would be the perfect sweater for my grandson. I contacted Karen and she was so kind to answer that it was okay to use her colorwork if I would credit her for it. I am very happy to do that!

Mini Moon is a lovely sweater worked top-down with a circular yoke and an easy all over colorwork. The length of body, sleeves and ribbings can be adjusted to fit the kid.
Note! The sample has a different increase ratio at the neck from the one in the instructions.

The finished bust measurements of the sweater for children sizes 1 (2, 3, 4, 6) years:
60 (67.5, 71.5, 75, 82.5) cm/23.5 (26.5, 28.5, 29.5, 32.5)’’

Gauge
10cm x 10cm/4” x 4”: 16 stitches over 24 rounds with needle 5.5mm/US 9 working the colorwork chart. Or use the size needed to obtain gauge after blocking.
If your gauge over single-color rounds is different from two-color rounds, you may want to switch to a smaller needle on single-color rounds and a larger needle on two-color rounds to maintain an even gauge.
