In order to price my designs in a manner that maintains both financial accessibility and fair pricing, I now offer a “Choose What You Pay” model. This model allows the buyer to pay what they are able while valuing my labor and that of other designers by providing a “true” and sustainable price for the product. The price as listed reflects what I believe is fair for the work I have put into the design.

DESCRIPTION
Moon Castle is a design that celebrates my childhood and the beauty of growth. The castle design, along with the crescent moon, is inspired by the Sailor Moon Anime and Manga.
There is a lot of great imagery to choose from, but ultimately I went with the Moon Kingdom, home of the Moon people, ruled by Queen Serenity, it was located in Mare Serenitatis (The Sea of Serenity).
It has a fairy-tale appearance, perfect for a tee.
The tee also features a crescent moon on the back.
Are you ready to fight evil by moonlight, to win love by daylight, and to never run from a real fight? Then you’re ready for the one named Sailor Moon!

This tee is knit from the bottom up in the round, starting with a garter stitch border.
The instructions are both written and charted.
The back and front are separated and worked back and forth in stockinette stitch; the shoulders are grafted together with Kitchener stitch.
Stitches are picked up for the neckband and armholes and are finished in garter stitch.

Sizes: 1 (2, 4, 6) 8, 10, 12 years
Child Bust Sizes: 19 (21, 23, 25) 26.5, 28, 29 inches / 48.5 (53.5, 58.5, 63.5) 67.5, 71, 73.5 cm.
Child Finished Garment Bust Measurements: 22 (24, 26.1, 28.2) 29.6, 31, 33.1 inches / 55.9 (61, 66.3, 71.6) 75.2, 78.7, 84.1 cm - approx. 2.5-3.5 inches / 6-9 cm of positive ease recommended.
Note: Pictured in size 8 with a positive ease of approx. 2.5 inches / 6 cm.

Gauge: 24 stitches and 32 rounds over 4”/10cm
Needles: US 6/4 mm & US 5/3.75 mm circular needle - 32”/80 cm circular, smaller circular or DPNs or sleeves and cuffs if not using magic loop
Notions: Stitch markers, Holders /waste yarn, Tapestry needle
