Here’s a “Mini Sea Turtle” made from those little bits that we all have lying around. I had limited supplies with me on a Cruise and this little creature evolved.

The pattern is based on Sock Wool or Fingering Weight. You can always pair your own hook with your chosen yarn for a little fun. The pattern has been concisely fit on one page.

Supplies…
Main Colour Remnant of yarn(under 25 yards of Sock Wool)
Contrasting or lighter Colour for Belly (about 5 yards)
Seed beads for eyes
Polyfill to stuff
Yarn needle for assembly

Option…Omit the belly and stuffing to create an applique or pin.

I’m making a mobile with a colourful variety of little swimmers. My thanks to all Ravelry Contributors for having shared their work with me. You’ll see a Seahorse designed by Lonemer Creations keeping the turtles company in my last picture.
