Everyone seems to have a pocket shawl design these days. We think ours is a little bit different! This pattern was made with Lion Brand Pound of Love yarn. You can, of course, use any #4 weight yarn of your choice! We used a highly textured mini waffle stitch for the side panels. It is visually appealing and is so comfy and squishy!

My finished shawl is 58” long and 16” wide. The pockets are 6” wide and 7” deep. If you are a tight crocheter, you may need to go up a hook size to achieve the same results as mine.

Skill Level: Intermediate
Gauge: 13 stitches and 7 rows in 4” square (double crochet)

Supplies:

• (1) 16oz skein of Lion Brand Pound of Love (Or about 1100 yards of any #4 weight yarn.)
• 5.75mm hook
• 4 stitch markers
