The new version fixed mistakes in the chart and stitch count.
Pattern contains some written instructions and chart.
No written instructions for the chart.

If at the end of row 34 you do not have the same stitch count as the pattern says, please folow working this way:

Start your short rows by knitting this way:
Row 1 (rs): knit 7 sts after the center of your stitch count, wrap and ws:turn after the 7th stitch,
Row 2 (ws): purl back, 15 sts., wrap and turn
Row 3 (rs): k14, ssk, k3, turn work
Row 4 (ws): p17, p2tog, p3, turn work
Row 5 (rs): k20, ssk, k3, turn to 1 st before last turning point, ssk, k3, turn work
Row 6 (ws): p23, p2tog, p3, turn work
Row 7: k until 1 st. before the last turning point, ssk, k3
Row 8: p until 1 st. before the last turning, p2tog, p3
Repeat rows 7-8 until all stitches are knitted
