This project knits up quickly and makes a great last minute gift.

This is the perfect pattern for using up bits and bobs of leftover yarn and gauge doesn’t matter! Any weight yarn will work. Sport weight to worsted will yield an ornament that is 2.5” to 3” tall. Fingering will be slightly smaller; aran weight or larger will yield a bigger ornament.

Materials:

Yarn: Any weight, less than an ounce required.
Needles: 5 double pointed needles in size appropriate for yarn.
A yard or so of smooth yarn in a contrasting color.
