Miniature "Wicker" Table and Chair Set
This thread crochet pattern creates a “wicker” look table and chair set that would be a welcome addition to any doll house or doll collection. (I collect vintage small dolls from the 1960s and these are perfect to stage that collection)
Working 2 strands of thread together, the stitches make a chair that is approx 1 3/4 inches tall from the feet to the top, 3/4 inches from feet to seat and 1 inch seat diameter. The table measures approx 1 inch tall and 2 inches in diameter.
The tools to makes these “minis” include; size 10 crochet thread (you will be working 2 strands together) size “0” (2.25) steel crochet hook, needle for weaving in ends and stiffening supplies (glue, waxed paper and such) Included with this pattern is a page of stiffening tips including a “how to” for making a plastic canvas shaping and drying mold.
