First, the back shoulders and back neck are shaped with short rows and the back armholes are knitted straight down to the specified length. Then the front shoulders and front neck are shaped with short rows along with V-neck increases, both fronts are joined and the front armholes are knitted straight down to the specified length. Finally, the back and front are joined to work the body in the round. At the end, the finishing details are applied to V-neck and armholes.

Corresponding circular needles size 3.0 mm (US 2), 40 cm (16”), 60 cm (24”) and 80 cm (32”) for the armholes, V-neck finishing and body ribbing.
