You can use this pattern to make 3 basic variations of a Minion. By changing up different sizes with number of eyes/ hair pattern/smile there are many more combinations that could be made.

I usually use Red Heart Yarn and a size “G” hook, however I have also made much larger Minions by increasing the size of the hook and using 2 strands of yarn at a time.
