Minnie is a hoodie/scarf, worked flat and then seamed. It’s the best of both worlds. Minnie is named after my grandmother, who was a crafter of all sorts and a huge inspiration to me growing up. This hooded scarf reminds me of the headscarves she’d wear to protect her hair from the wind. You can do this too, my friends. Wear Minnie with the hood up or down, depending on how cold your ears (and face) are. Wrap up the ends of the scarf for layered warmth or tie them in a knot.
