I have written it for a car seat. However I have said how to make it bigger and smaller. Testers have done just that. From mini for premi babies to throws for the sofa.
Any yarn works for this not just those for guage. Just change your hook accordingly.
Watch out for the sc, ch section I recommend going up a hook size.
