Mirella Shawl
The upper part of this shawl has a semi-circular shape, achieved by knitting a series of short-row wedges. Next, the beautiful lace border is added on to the provisionally cast-on edge. Bronagh Miskelly’s design is knitted in Exquisite Lace from West Yorkshire Spinners. This is a laceweight blend of soft Falkland wool and gleaming mulberry silk, and has a colour palette offering 14 sophisticated shades.
