Mirkwood
Originally the forest from the Hobbit was a lovely place full of green trees. When the darkness came it was over run with danger and massive arachnids. This fully shaped Faroese shawl is worked from the top down with lots of segregated spacing to show not only the forest, trees and leaves, but the Misty Mountains and a Dwarven Beard Braid. The edging is an all original pine cone design from Pixie #1. Fun awaits you.
Part of an MKAL which will begin on January 7, 2015, clues will come out on Wednesdays. Join the no chat Yahoo Group to find out when we are dyeing and shipping. We have a Ravelry Group here for contests, prizes and chat.
