Mirror
I designed Mirror to keep your interest from start to finish because it’s only when you’re done knitting that you’ll see the full effect of the mirror image. Your eye will be drawn to the middle of the hat, and above and below that point the opposite design forms to create a gorgeous, dramatic effect.
Materials Needed:
Bulky/Size 5 yarn in four contrasting colors—approximately 133 yds (122 m) total
Color A: 87 yds (80 m)
Color B: 25 yds (23 m)
Color C: 12 yds (11 m)
Color D: 9 yds (9 m)
US 10 (6 mm) 16” (40 cm) circular knitting needles, or size needed to meet gauge
US 11 (8 mm) 16” (40 cm) circular knitting needles, or size needed to meet gauge
US 11 (8 mm) double-pointed needles (dpns) or US 11 (8 mm) circular knitting needles with a longer cord for Magic Loop method, or size needed to meet gauge
