The ‘Mirrored Swans’ pattern is what I call a Granny-Graph pattern. The first part is worked as a regular graph and the second part turns it into the more traditional Granny Square. There are instructions for the left and right facing swans, as well as separate PDF’s for left and right-handed crocheters.
The finished square is approximately 6 1/2-7 inches lightly blocked when worked up with a 4mm hook and worsted weight yarn.

Please note that if you are using the COLOR BLOCK instructions, there are a couple special stitches (on the orange and black only) that you won’t see in those instructions, read over the written instructions before proceeding to the color block option.
