Notions : tapestry needle, 7 to 9 matching buttons. (I recommend selecting buttons upon completion of your button band).

Gauge : 24 sts by 32 rows = 4” / 10cm in Stockinette Stitch, wet blocked. Take the time to calculate your gauge to avoid disappointment.
