Miss Wendy Pockets
Miss Wendy Pockets is worked from the base up and stands about 9 inches tall when completed. She is also weighted with poly pellets to keep her balanced. The apron has 3 pockets for storing pens, pencils, scissors etc. I used I Love This Cotton yarn, but you could also use acrylic yarn. Either one will work for this doll.
For the doll pictured, I use “I Love This Yarn” from Hobby Lobby in Light Peach (Skin color), Dress in Amethyst, Apron in Spun Sugar Stripe with Pink Scalloped Edging and Light Gray for the hair. You can use any colors you like!
Materials needed for making Miss Wendy Pockets are:
#4 Cotton yarn or any worsted weight acrylic yarn, 12mm safety eyes,
Poly-Pellets, measuring cup, knee high nylon, Poly-fil, scissors, stitch marker, pins, tapestry needle, ribbon and a small button.
A huge Thank You to the awesome Testers on this pattern..Niecee Tribble Freeman, Nadine Burgess Sara, Debra Chonos and Mindi Will.
