I designed this to wear to a “Train” concert we are going to in July. in Florida. So something VERY light and breezy was a must! The name is after one of my favorite songs by them.
This pattern has no sewing and no seams! If a larger or smaller size is needed, simply add or subtract 6 rows evenly. Every 6 rows = approx. 2” in the bust size. And if a different length is needed, simply increase or decrease in increments of six stitches.
