Missy Wrap
The lacy mesh edge, rows of lace stitching and curved ends make this wrap a soft and light garment to gently drape around shoulders and neck. The long length ensures lots of coziness and versatility. Pattern is entirely written in both row by row and charted instructions to satisfy whichever kind of knitter you are.
As with all lace knits, blocking is essential to let the design shine. Slipped stitches on the straight edge create an easy channel for blocking wires, and then pin out the points and your done! Blocking done easy.
This pattern is for the intermediate knitter, with experience in lace knitting. Lots of yo’s, K2tog’s, Ssk’s, and shaping is done with Make 1, and K2tog.
600 - 625 yds of DK weight yarn, Size 6 knitting needles and 3 stitch markers are all that is needed for this wrap. Except, the pattern also!
