Mitch the Monkey pattern is for the advanced beginner - intermediate crocheter.
Pattern includes instructions to make his banana.
US terms used
Only a small amount of stitching of pieces required. Limbs and tail are crocheted with the body. Ears are crocheted with the head.
Most of the pattern is worked in continuous rounds/spirals of single crochet. You will need to know how to do single crochet, slip stitch, increases and decreases, treble, work in back and front loops.
Gauge is not important. Finished size if made using yarn and hook suggested will give a monkey that’s approx. 22cm tall

Requirements
3mm hook or size needed so that no holes appear in stitches through which stuffing may show.
Carnival 8ply yarns in the following colours:
MC (Main colour) – Dark brown
CC1 (Contrast colour) – Light brown
CC2 - Dark yellow
CC3 - Light yellow
Size 8mm safety eyes
Needle for joining pieces
