Options are provided for knitting the jacket in pieces, then assembling-- or, making the whole garment in one piece, seamlessly. While the patterning itself is largely (but not entirely) done in garter stitch, you have enough to think about that the work is never boring, and the magical effects of colour changes enchant you as you go.
