Deutsche Version

Ich mag diese komischen Quadrate. Ich mag Sockenwolle. Ich mag Wollmeise. Und ich befand mich an einem Samstag Anfang April ohne Wolle in Rostock und war auf der Suche nach Sockenwolle, damit ich das Wochenende nicht ohne Stricken verbringen mußte. Es gab leider nur überteuerte Auswahl, aber ich habe dann das Knäuel Austermann Step gefunden.
Am Anfang hatte ich nur ein Quadrat gestrickt und Ende April hatte ich dann zwei Mützen gestrickt.

I like these funny and addictive mitered squares. I like sock yarn. I love Wollmeise. And I was on a Saturday in April in the wonderful city of Rostock without anything to knit. I was looking for some sock yarn, a lot of shops had already closed. The only choice was some Austermann Step.
At the beginning I had one square, two weeks later I had two hats.
