Mitred Granny bag
The Mitred Granny bags consists of two panels and for each of them you’ll make four mitred granny squares. You’ll join the two panels and then you’ll make the handle. I love this simple and robust handle. It’s very convenient to hang it on the steering wheel of my bike.
I used Scheepjes Cahlista (50g/85m). Cahlista means exceptionally pretty and that’s what this yarn is. It’s available in 109 different colours! I love the colours I picked. The perfect autumn colours if you ask me! (But I use autumn colours all year round so that maybe doesn’t count.)
I only used small amounts of yarn for each square so it might just be a prefect stash buster for you. This is a list of the total amount I used for the bag:
A: 505 Linen 110g
B: 388 Rust 25g
C: 393 Charcoal 12g
D: 249 Saffran 32g
E: 383 Ginger Gold 17g
This bag works up pretty fast and is beginner friendly. The printable PDF contains helpful photos and a chart.
