Mitred Square Throw
This mitred square throw is like a memory quilt as it was made using leftovers of sock yarn, 4 ply wool and small bundles of my drop spindled merino.
Use leftover yarn of the same weight with the relevant needle size
Eg. 4 ply/fingering with 3mm needles;
5 ply/sport with 3.5mm needles;
8 ply/dk with 4mm needles.
The sample throw made alternate rows and the border with a consistent colour to make the scrap squares pop.
This pattern includes a tutorial on how to make several variations of mitred squares and instructions on how to make those squares into a join as you go throw pattern. Schematics provided on how to construct the throw.
