Yarn suggestions: The mittens are knitted in two colors, one main color (C1) and one pattern color (C2).

Choose yarn and needles that gives you correct gauge and measurements. If you want smaller mittens, you can use thinner needles or yarn. If you want larger mittens, you can choose thicker needles or yarn. If you have a looser gauge than specified in this pattern, you will need more yarn.

Yarn suggestion for women’s mittens: Fingering wool yarn, e.g Finull from Rauma Garn (175 m/50 grams). You will need approx. 50 grams in C1 and 30 grams in C2.

Yarn suggestions for men’s mittens: DK wool yarn, e.g. 3-ply Strikkegarn from Rauma Garn (108m/50 grams). You will need approx. 60 grams in C1 and 40 grams in C2. Feel free to use more colors.
